Customers are required to upload their PDF file when placing their order (does not apply to Business Accounts). We accept PDF and ZIP files, in case you need to compress multiple PDF files. Here are our main guidelines regarding the specifications of your files:

• Your PDF files should be designed in high resolution (300 dpi)
• Please add a 1/8 inch bleed all around your document
• Your file should be in 4 colour process (CMYK)
• The file that you upload cannot exceed 100MB. If your file is larger, please upload a low resolution version of your file and contact us at boutique@opaleimpressions.com.  We will the give you access to our FTP server. Upload time on our server can be of several minutes, depending on the speed of your internet connection.

Here are our templates in Adobe Illustrator format (.ai). A PDF version is also available where you will find a clear visual and all the appropriate specifications.
