The process and production time of your order is generally of five (5) to seven (7) working days. This time frame is given for indicative purposes and cannot be guaranteed.

Opale la boutique offers you two ways of taking possession of your order:

Shipping

For a fixed sum of $15.00 per order, your order will be shipped to you through Dicom Express. Delivery time is normally between one (1) and seven (7) working days, depending on your location. Our delivery service only covers the province of Quebec.

Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery. If nobody is available at the moment of delivery, the order will be sent back to our offices. For a second delivery attempt, additional fees will be required for completion.

Order pick up at our office

You can save the shipping fees by picking up your order at our office. You will be informed by phone or email that your order is ready for pick up. Here is our address:
